Brapu (Beijing) Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. is a fully foreign-funded company established in the capital city of Beijing, China, with the support of Brapu from Germany to further deepen the northern market of China. The company is responsible for coordinating the business of Brapu cooling towers in the northern market of China. The company is located at No. 17 Huanke Middle Road, Jinqiao Technology Industrial Base, Tongzhou District, Beijing.

To meet the requirements of the domestic sales market in China, the company’s production base has four standardized production workshops with advanced equipment, namely the iron parts workshop, FRP workshop, PVC workshop, and R&D workshop. The workshop covers an area of over 13000 square meters and is equipped with various production equipment according to production needs. The company is equipped with advanced production and testing equipment: Doppler imaging tester: Doppler imaging tester imported from Germany, which can dynamically scan water droplets in the cooling tower and analyze the particle size of water droplets in micro analysis. It is the most advanced cooling tower drift water detection equipment in the world. Thermal imaging equipment: Germany has introduced thermal imaging equipment that can dynamically scan the heat dissipation components of the cooling tower core, forming a complete distribution curve, providing accurate and real-time testing data for the development of efficient fillers. Vibration detector: The mechanical vibration inside the cooling tower is always a sensitive issue that users are extremely concerned about. Brapu (China) imported a vibration fan motor vibration detection digital instrument from Germany, which can perform dynamic detection and analyze relevant data of gears and transmission shafts that produce vibration sources. Ultrasonic flowmeter: flow test is one of the key figures in the thermal test of cooling tower. The ultrasonic flowmeter is imported from Germany. It is convenient to carry, accurate in instantaneous flow test, and does not damage the pipeline. It is highly advanced. Noise detector: The most advanced noise tester introduced from Germany has the function of real-time computer output. It conducts professional analysis on water spraying noise, motor noise, and fan noise item by item to find the best solution for noise reduction of the cooling tower body. Large CNC turret punch machine: STPIPPIT company’s large CNC turret punch machine has been introduced, and the fully automatic cutting and folding equipment from L.V.D company, TRIDAN company’s complete mechanical processing assembly line, provides core equipment for the production of modular cooling towers and closed cooling tower heat exchangers. Gel coat forming equipment: The enterprise has introduced GLAS-CRAFT’s fiberglass LPA series and MCG multi-color gel coat system forming equipment. This equipment is the most advanced mechanical operation equipment that has been patented and proven by the World Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic Organization to date.
