The Brapu BPC-EVCF series evaporative condenser uses water and air as cooling media to exchange heat with the high-temperature gaseous refrigerant inside the coil. The refrigerant is condensed into a liquid condenser from a gaseous state. Internally, there is a water distribution system, a condensing coil group, a packing heat exchange layer, a water purifier, etc. An external circulating water pump, electronic water descaling device, and an axial flow fan are installed at the top of the coil side. Under the action of the axial flow fan, the interior becomes in a negative pressure state. During operation, the cooling water passes through the water distribution system and evenly covers the surface of the coil under strong wind force. High temperature gaseous refrigerant enters from the top of the coil, and the condensed liquid refrigerant flows out from the bottom of the coil. During this process, the high temperature refrigerant exchanges heat with the water and air outside the coil, and with the help of wind force, the heat exchange effect is significantly improved. After the cooling water and air absorb heat, the temperature rises sharply. Part of the cooling water vaporizes to form water vapor, which evaporates and carries a large amount of heat away from the fan and is discharged into the atmosphere. At the same time, the moisture in the hot air is trapped in the collection tank by the water remover. The high-temperature cooling water that has not been gasified passes through the filler heat exchange layer and is carried away by the air passing through it to cool it, After sufficient cooling, the cooling water flows back to the collection tank for the circulation pump to be fed back into the water distribution system for further circulation. The water lost to the atmosphere is controlled by the floating ball valve in the water collection tank to provide timely replenishment.

The condensing coil of the Brapu evaporative condenser is made of high-quality steel pipes with a design pressure of 2.0MPa. After welding, assembly, and overall hot dip galvanizing, the coil undergoes a 2.5MPa air tightness test (3 times) in water to ensure no leakage. The overall hot dip casting treatment of the condensing coil group enhances the anti-corrosion ability of the coil, prolongs its service life, and reduces the pressure drop of the coil. Special fillers can fully mix air and water for efficient geothermal exchange. The fillers are composed of PVC sheets and hot pressed into a cross groove shape, ensuring sufficient heat exchange. They also have strong cold and freezing resistance, superior hydrophilicity, and corrosion resistance. The outer plate of the Brapu evaporative condenser is made of imported high-quality aluminum zinc plated plate; Good anti-corrosion performance, weather resistance, assembled without welding seams after being cut, punched, and folded by CNC machine tools, with beautiful appearance and precise dimensions. The unique fan blade design has low evaporative cooling noise, making it a reliable and environmentally friendly product. The cooling water spray system of this product is completely surrounded by the equipment box wall panel and air purification device, which can comprehensively reduce water flow.
