The evaporative condenser is one of the important refrigeration products of Brapu. The Brapu evaporative condenser is widely used in the petrochemical industry for the condensation and cooling of vacuum distillation unit, catalytic cracking unit, hydrocracking unit, delayed coking unit, gas fractionation unit, alkylation and other units, as well as the chemical industry for methanol, synthetic ammonia, dimethyl ether, alcohol alkylation, benzene hydrogenation, Coal tar hydrogenation, coal to oil, coal to olefin, coal to glycol and other industrial materials. The evaporative condenser combines the separate condensation process and water cooling process in the water-cooled condenser and cooling tower. It uses cooling water to distribute into a thin film on the surface of the heat exchanger, and the water film directly contacts the forced air flow. The cooled material transfers heat to the water film, which undergoes unsaturated evaporation and exchanges heat and mass with the air. Finally, the heat is carried away by the air. It has made two improvements to traditional cooling methods: one is to subtract the transfer process of cooling water from the condenser to the cooling tower, directly achieving water reuse and saving water pump power consumption; The second is to change the way single-phase cooling fluids use sensible temperature rise to cool materials, mainly by removing heat from the latent heat of water. Its energy-saving and water-saving effects are not only obvious in theory, but also well proven in practical applications.
1、 Coil evaporative condenser

The coil evaporative condenser sprays cooling water onto the surface of the tube to form a water film. After the water film exchanges heat with the medium inside the tube, the water directly contacts the rapidly flowing air outside the tube and undergoes heat and mass exchange, completing the heat transfer process. The heat and water vapor are carried away by the air. The flow of air not only makes the heat transfer process faster, but also maintains an unsaturated state due to the rapid flow of air in all processes, Its heat and mass transfer driving force is also greater. The coil evaporative condenser is currently the most widely used and widely used type of evaporative condenser.
2、 Plate evaporative condenser

The structure of a plate evaporative condenser: the outside of the plate is a countercurrent, forward flow, or cross flow of water and air, and the between the plates is a condensation discharge area. Its characteristics include: strengthening the condensation heat transfer on the surface between the plates, accelerating the discharge of the liquid film; At the same time, the enhanced heat transfer structure of the plate surface can improve the fluid flow condition, strengthen the heat and mass transfer process between water and air, greatly enhance the Heat capacity and heat transfer performance, and its enhanced heat transfer depends on its own special structure to complete, without any additional maintenance.
3、 Vertical evaporative condenser

The structure of a vertical evaporative condenser: the inside of the tube is a countercurrent or downstream flow of water and air, and the large space outside the tube is a condensation discharge area. The characteristics of this condenser are: the pipes are made of stainless steel reinforced heat transfer tubes, which not only have strong corrosion resistance, but also have good heat transfer performance and can accelerate the discharge of condensed liquid film, especially suitable for the condensation of water vapor. In the power industry, condensers are one of the important auxiliary equipment for steam turbine generator sets, and their performance directly affects the operation of the units. And its main heat transfer component, the cooling tube, is the most important part of the condenser. Therefore, the material selection and selection of the cooling tube are the key to the design of the condenser.
